what kind of crime is it when only a judge can give a sentence and the jury does not have any say in the sentence?

When the jury is out It's a HAIR Crime

Only the judge can't sentence the accused to 30 days of Aberto VO5 without cream rinse.

If the accused is bald then the judge can only sentence him or her to daily coconut oil treatments without parole
