Shorty is the most correct. Though there are several ways to say what you want to say, "northernb" is not correct, he is saying....."I'm going to go to lunch". The "voy" is equal to "I am going " in English, for a future action.
"Voy a ir a mi almuerzo"
" I am going to go to my lunch"
Estoy en la hora de mi lonche/almuerzo.
I am on the hour of my lunch.
I'm a gringo guy who has been living in Mexico for four years. My Mexican friend confers that this is the most correct way of saying what you are trying to say. Hope this helps! Rob

Estoy en mi hora de almuerzo. Some people say lonche, which most people will understand, but it's technically slang. The proper way of saying it is almuerzo.

Usage note:
As many have said, "lonche" is slang or Spanglish, and is mainly used in Mexico and along the border. Almuerzo is mainly used in Spain. I have heard "comida" for lunch on numerous occasions.
