Faith comes in many forms, not just religious. It need not inform your worldview at all if you're not up to it or if having a worldview doesn't interest you.
By "faith", George Bush knew that his tax cuts would speed America's economic recovery from the dot.com bust, the scandals of the early 2000's and the destructive events on 9-11.
He was right.
What does that kind of faith have to do with a "worldview"?

Faith should most defiently affect your worldview. However, that does not always imply that it will effect your vote. Perhaps your worldview with your faith is that you want capable leaders. So then faith is not neccesarily the primary decider on your vote.
My faith does inform my worldview. However, my faith and my worldview are composed of rational conclusions. So without, faith I am not sure how completely differnet my worldview would be. Though I am certain it would be.
For people of Faith, who they vote for should be effected by their faith. Now, does that mean you just vote for someone who sees eye to eye with you on spiritual matters? No, this should not be your only criteria. As a person of faith, as a participate in this representative democracy we must be good stewards with the power that is contained in the votes that we cast.

It's none of my business, and the bible tells me so.
The word 'religion' is mentioned in the bible. new
testament, James 1: 25, 27.
It is a body of rules that inform us of duty towards God.
If the new testament is my religion, it instructs me to have
the view that this world is not heaven, and it is not
paradise.
I would rather see people have religion as a hobby, than
see people use it as an excuse to commit crime.
I would rather see people read the words of Jesus once
in a while in times of trouble, than not at all.
One who has the religion of Jesus is going to have his or
her life affected by it. People who try to believe, and
give up are affected by it whether they wish to be or not.
If you have heard people say that their religion doesn't
affect the above-mentioned, keep in mind that there
are as many definitions for religion as there are persons
living. I have no dominion over any one else's faith.
What I have learned from the religion of Jesus is not to be a busy body in other men's matters.

One way to look at it would be some people aren't interested in making the prison a nicer place, they simply want out of jail.
I am not interested in politics or what happens in this world. I am interested in studying to find the path home. My beliefs are far more than a hobby.

Faith (in the sense that you're using it) is a relationship between a human and a higher power. It's not an excuse to let others tell you what to think.
