A natural remedy you can try to cure your psoriasis is described here: http://psoriasis.toptips.org
Seeking relief from psoriasis can be a lifelong quest. You can search everywhere for the perfect cure and never quite find it. There are plenty of medications, creams, pastes, gels, and lotions out there, but they don’t always work and they can be pricy. It gets time consuming and expensive to dab a lotion all over the body two to three times a day or take a pill every day. Most people just want something that is quick, simple, cheap, and works.
There are actually some things you can start doing for yourself that might help with psoriasis and slow down the onset of another outbreak. Things you can change around the house or personally, that don’t cost you an extra cent.
As I said above a good site where you can find many interesting tips is: http://psoriasis.toptips.org

I was diagnosed with psoriasis at age 14 and now I am 36 years old. You can say that I have tried just about every medicine both approved by FDA and trial without much success. Examples include Enbrel, Humira, oral meds, creams, oils, salts, coal tar, etc and the list is much more extensive that I can't even remember all of the names. But recently after someone shared this video https://tr.im/psoriasisTreatmentPdng everything has changed. My psoriasis completely cleared by putting these changes in place. I only wish I'd taken photos of before and after because it truly has been miraculous. I am getting married in Oct, 2015 and I am wearing a strapless gown that also shows my back and I am confident (not like before) that my skin will be soft and pretty vs red and flakey.

A cheap fix. OATMEAL. Put it in a sock, in a tepid bath. Or spend money and buy Aveeno Colloidal Oatmeal bath. No hot Chlorine showers. Read the labels. Many, many products including tooth paste have Sodium Laureth Sulphate. It should be outlawed. It's a major irritant. If it doesn't say SLS, they can still slip it in as other ingredients when combined, they create the SLS.
I'm sure you have heard it all. No synthetic fabrics which change the bodies energy field. Wear 100% cotton fabric next to the skin, and try to keep your skin cool. Lose the heavy duty laundry detergent.
Stay away from foods that are high in Histamines, such as pork, and fatty foods. And maybe wine. Cut down on yeasty products like Pizza and Beer. Yeast is still alive after a trip to the oven. Change your bedding often. I think Calamine lotion was popular at one time, and Benedryl cream. Maybe even a Poison Oak treatment cream to stop the agonizing itching. Check your diet...Try Alkaseltzer when you have a real killer outbreak coming on. Anyway. dip in the ocean when you can. Keep it cool. Take care,
Marilyn

I treated mine with:
1. drinking lots of water
2. moisturising (body shop coconut body cream) (a lot and very often)
3. sunbed (not the big strong ones in the shops) (you can get one cheap on eBay). My aunt also uses sun therapy for her psoriasis.
4. a bit of meditation. Psoriasis reacts to stress.
Good luck!

Oh, i was going to suggest aloe vera. Are you using it fresh from the plant, as this is the most effective way to use it? If that doesn't work, try some calamine cream, very good for inflamed skin.

Try olux foam, which is a medicine that you put on your head. It is a prescription. You can also try the shampoo T/Gel Therapeutic Gel. This shampoo helps with psoriasis. I hope you get it under control.
