You might need to define allergy better for this question.
Nearly everyone is allergic to something like poison ivy. Lots of people have pollen allergies and things like that. Few people have food allergies.
The place I'd look for what you need to know is on drug company's websites. Find out who makes Claritin, Allegra, and so on, and visit their websites. They'll probably tell you how many 'allergy sufferers' there are. If you really want a percentage, compare with the Buerau of Census count of how many people live in the area (the US, etc.) covered by the pill company's figure.

Also try wikipedia, but it's not a legitimate reference.
