I was in Hawaii, and a psychotic lady accused me of being the father of her child. I denied, after hearing the time of conception period of the child. She made me sign the birth certificate while I was highly intoxicated, and trapped me. I asked her many time to take a DNA test, because of my discovery of her incest, adultery...etc. She has avoided two DNA testing...WHY? Can the Court order a DNA testing upon the conception period of the child, and inconsistent facts of the childs well being?

Um, your question is kind of convoluted, but I think you are asking whether the court can order a paternity test. The answer to that question is yes. Go see a family lawyer who can help you get one.

The court can order the DNA test, you may need a lawyer and can speak with some pro bono for advice before actually hiring one. Your local court can also point you in the righ direction for locating a pro bono lawyer for advice. Since the birth certificate was signed, it is not oing to be easy especially depending on your judge. However, providing proof of the womans acts that cause your doubt will definitly be beneficial.

I've had a little dealing with paternity and birth certificates. To my understanding, if you sign the birth certificate, a DNA test can't be ordered without a lot of red tape. My best advice? Hire a lawyer very familiar in this type of thing.

contact a lawyer on this one.. you will more than likely get a lot of heated answers or maybe just a few telling you how dumb you were.. more than likely by people who were never in your shoes and who dont understand.. but us women and i mean us cause i am one are the only ones who know for sure that the baby is ours..mainly because we carried it for 9 month in side us and we gave birth to it... even married men are not 100% sure.. and the fact that some of us can go with the mens brothers .. well the child will look like family
