He tends to get very hyper, mainly in the evenings, and will initiate fights with the other dogs. He will bite anything, dog or human, and it is not just a nip. I have a week-old bruise from him.
I got this dog and his sister from a rescue about a year and 1/2 ago. They are mutts - I have no idea on breed. They are smallish - probably 15 - 20 pounds. I also have a husky/shepard mix, along with a shih tzu. The aggressive dog will go after anyone.

He needs more exercise and attention from you, not meds. Active dogs NEED exercise. If they don't get it they become aggressive and destructive. Take your dogs out in the yard and play with them or take them for walks. This will give them the exercise they need and bonding time with you that they need and want.

hey duh...what do you mean by agressive dog? you have to elaborate. has he been "fixed?" what's his agressive behavior? if you're just looking for a drug to make your job easier in caring for the agressive dog, then do the right thing and give the dog back up for adoption. if he hasn't been fixed, then that's your first order of business if you're planning on keeping him. dogs are a great responsibility to take on, and they are very needy, pack animals. they need love, comfort, confidence, security and affection above all else. if you can't provide these elements in their daily lives, you need to give them a chance to be adopted by a loving family more suited to their needs. drugs are not the answer. they never are. adjustment in our behavior toward our pets is always the answer. hope this helped and good luck to you and the dogs.

what do you mean by aggressive? attacks kids or just growls when you get near his food? the second option is normal for a dog that hasn't been trained well. if he attacks people, put him down.... he's dangerous to others.

Dogs are pack animals. They follow and obey the leader.
You need to show him who's boss, then you won't need medication.

it depends. if your dog is out of hand, then you can take it to the vet. If you really hate your dog then have it put to sleep, PLEASE dont do that, because it has a whole life ahead.
