I had heard that it is the carbonation that causes the problem. I suggested it to a girl who had years of outbreaks, and bumps on her face. She stopped the carbonated drinks, and when I saw her (it wasn't long), her skin was normal. Voila....So simple

Try to keep the bacteria count down by not touching your skin, its a tricky balance sometimes. I think that diet has a huge effect on the skin, as well as the elements of wind, heat, moisture etc.

Your skin could be dry, which sends a message for more oil. Keep it exfoliated . Cigarettes can actually suffocate the skin. EEK Blah Blah Blah...too much to say.

Think about what you are eating. If you go toward sugar one day, then drop it the next. Try a rotation diet. None of the same foods for more than three days in a row. Fruits and vegetables in season. Ditch the soda for water.
Have fun. Think positive. Stay away from fatty, and fried foods.
Breathe.............

You really need to cut back on the sodas and sweets. They will give you pimples and they have no nutritional value.
We all need to drink 8 glasses of 8 ounces of water a day to help our organs do their jobs properly.

Yes, you need at least 6 - 8 glasses of water/day to maintain proper hydration and help cleanse your system which soda and sweets does not do!

Not necessarily. But you're going to regret it in 25 - 30 years when you develop osteoporosis because you're not laying down calcium now.

NO! I don't know why people keep saying that. It is an old wives' tale. Acne is hormonal and inherited. Nothing you eat or drink makes any difference.
