I only made about $100 outside of my home state, do I still have to file a tax return with two states?

Check the website of that other state. Whether you have to file depends on the laws of the state. For $100, in many states you would not have to, but in some you do.

To MithrillHawk - so be amazed. Pennsylvania's floor is $33 of income. I know, I know, it's ridiculous, but true.

almost certainly not. states set their own thresholds, but I'd be amazed if any state's threshold for filing taxes was $100.
