Please speak up. I'd like to see I'm not alone.

Also, how do you cope with this problem?

I have OCD, but OCD can mean so many things. I obsess about my skin. But my methods of trying to perfect it cause me to pick constantly, making it worse, causing scarring, and making me late for work. No matter how hard I try to stop, I can't. I just focus on it and before I know it, I've wasted 3 hours picking at myself. It's horrible. But I can't give you pointers cause A) I don't know what your obsession is, and B) I can't seem to stop mine at all. Sorry, but I do feel for you.

I was diagnosed with OCD, but I don't think its an extreme case for me. I pick at my face and my fingers constantly....thats about the extent of it.
