What can i eat when i have a sore throat?

Get a humidifier and use it. Either cool mist or hot air mist should help to add moisture to the air. By dding this moisture, your throat won't be as dry and will actually feel better. You can buy one as cheap as $10.00.

Another thingto do is to drink lots of water. A sore throat happens because the throat gets dry.

Try taking vitamin C and zinc.

If the sore throat gets worse, them see the doctor to get a strept test.

If you are asking what you should take to make it feel better, then hot tea with honey, sore throat lozenges

if you are asking what you should eat for meals, then my answer would be anything you feel like, but keep the food light. You might feel worst if you eat heavy food

Like Linda said, when I had a sore throat I drank hot tea with honey. Singers use honey to help them with throat problems, and it really does help.

Anything that does not hurt your throat when you swallow. Ice cream and jello are given after a tonsillectomy and they are good choices.

You go hot and cold. Hot herbal tea with honey and lemon and then some sherbet or Italian ices.

try some ice cream it numbs the pain a little. Works for me!
