A lot of things that people do, they blame on Satan, when in actuality we're our own worst enemy. We ourselves allow demonic activity in our own lives. Satan is continually before the throne of God accusing the brethren,it's his little imps and master demons and lesser demons he sends our way. If you are not continually meditating on the things of God or thoughts of good and lovely things and seeking his face, praying and being in fellowship with others that are seeking like you, then the forces of Satan can attack you easier. But God does allow things to come into your life but I remember this is only a test. I was taught something when I was younger that really has more of an interest to me now that I am older the BIBLE means Basic Instructions Before Leaving Earth.

If im not mistaken, in Christianity, Satan can only tempt, but not directly interfere.
Example..
Satan can only go "Theres an apple, eat it" rather than "Heres an apple, eat it". See the difference? He can only tempt you to eat an apple instead of giving you an apple and telling you to eat it.

Because you allow it! The bible says, "Resist the devil and he will flee!" Also, wherever there is temptation God makes a way of escape! Walk after the spirit and not after the flesh and you'll be fine.

There is no Satan. Just fallen Arch Angels, Lucifer, the arch angel of white light fell from grace after questioning God, then Samiel descended of his own free will. God lumped all the fallen angels together and named them as one..... Satan. I refuse to see the logic in that, just another stupid move by God. Life is full of questions, some have answers and some don't. For God to kick his Arch Angels out of heaven for simply asking a question is where the real evil is to me.

I think God allows it for us to grow spiritually if we can resist his temptation and to make us stronger and wiser.
