I just turned 26 and started noticing grey hair late year sometime, but did not think it was. I always told my mom if I ever went grey I would never dye my hair, like she does b/c it becomes yet another routine in a woman's beauty process. I know that I am stress but could that be the main cause. I look really young and I have not even found the one yet.

honestly, to cover them you'd probably have to dye your hair and then try to lead a more relaxing lifestyle. it's not normal for people in their twenties to have grey hair but it is most likely caused by stress. my neighbor, who is about 19 now, found some grey hairs last year. there weren't many, and she didn't think that it was possible to have grey hairs so young. however, the stress of finishing high school, finding a college, and trying to get accepted, not only caused her to have some grey hairs, but ulcers as well. and if it is not caused by stress, then it could be a genetic thing. in any case, stress reduction is a good option because it will make you happier and just feel better in general, even if it doesn't help you to look better.

oh that can be hard. well my mom is in her early 30's and she has grey hair(which we all know is from stress) but like you said, dont die it. I am sure their are products at wal-mart and hair styling stores that have the answer for that. Really, i think that you may get some now but it will come extremely slow. My mom has a few grey hairs but she has had them since she was 29 and they still havent grown anymore than they did when she was 29. So i wouldnt worry to much about it. :)

my husband is 22 and he has patches of Grey hair I don't want him to dye his either though because like you said it would be just another process in his routine time spent on something he doesn't have time for!
I think Grey hair is fine so if I were you I wouldn't worry about it!

It's pretty normal. It really depends on just who you are. Look at Taylor Hicks. He's in his twenties and he started getting grays in high school. Now he's all gray. You don't have to dye your hair, but you can do those root touch ups. You can even get it in a box.

its normal...some people get it earlier than others. It's probably not noticeable anyways...but if it does just dye the grey ones and they will look like highlights
