Do you like big dogs or small dogs?

I like big dogs, and i'm not really positive why. I just think they are cuter and more fun. I like playing with them and being able to wrap my arms around them. I like small dogs too, but i would never want one. Do you like big dogs better, or small dogs better? Why?

I like big dogs and smaller dogs that do not act like a typical small dog. I have 2 large breed dogs (a Bernese Mountain Dog and Belgian Malinois) and 3 medium breed dog (all French Bulldogs). I really like the French Bulldogs because the are smaller, but they act just like large dogs.

I like medium sized dogs (25-50 lbs.). If you ask me, mid-sized dogs are the funnest. They're not small and delicate so that they break their back when jumping off of a couch, but they're not so big that they take up your whole vehicle when you travel. With a good mid-sized mutt, you can take them everywhere, play hard, and they're big enough to give a good hug.

I find that mid-sized dogs tend to be the fastest and most agile compared to other sizes of dogs, too. When you have a dog that's the size of a fox or a coyote, they tend to be quick and light-footed rather than big and clunky or tiny and fragile. My 25-pound dog outran every big dog she played with. Of course, this totally depends on the build and energy level of the dog.

But I definitely rank the medium-sized group as #1.

I like both but i prefer small dogs cause people are more willing to rent to you if you have a small dog rather than a big dog . And also some people have biased opinions against big dogs and they dont like big dogs.

I like big dogs because they scare away those darn cats lol but there are time when i want a small dog to carry around with me and dress up.

I like some big dogs and some small dogs, for me it is more about breed and temperment. There are certain breeds(small and large) that I love. There are also breeds in both size groups that I would never own.

I never thought i would like small dogs until i got a chihuahua, she is the sweetest thing in the world and is great to cuddle with, but my labrador is also sweet and fun to play with, i love them both i think it depends more on the personality

Medium dogs! I love Boxers, which are medium sized, 'appear' big to most people (and therefore scare off people with bad intentions) and are silly, happy, playful dogs like most small dogs. The best of both in a managable size!

But, I would love to someday also have a Bullmastiff (B-I-G) & Boston Terrier (small) - I like their looks (sort of Boxer-ish) and personalities.

I like both but I prefer big dogs. They are not frail or delicate and they are a lot more fun to play with. It is also much better in my opinion to train a big dog.

I don't think one's better than the other. I think it depends on the owners lifestyle and what they personally prefer. I'm a Chihuahua Lover! Chihuahuas are very loyal, loving, protective, great little watch dogs, graceful, alert, smart, swift moving little dog with saucy expression, compact, terrier like qualities of temperament, they're small, but can be quite tough, and you can take them with you almost anywhere you go.
