Like how to set up the dark room for printing the pictures, what equipments needed for printing, and the step for each steps of the print developing process

Your question is way too huge for this format. Go to the library and check out a book about photography/printing.
You can set up the room however you want. You have to have running water, complete darkness, a comfortable level work space. You will need an enlarger machine, black box to store paper, redlight for doing b&w, several trays, tongs, the chemicals, a paper cutter, a negative holder.
The basic steps for printing are to expose the paper, put it in developer, then stop bath, fixer and then rinse it and let it dry.
