In that hypothetical situation, I would probably select Judaism.

I don't "have" to pick a religion other than Christianity. I would die or face life in prison rather than give up my religion.
Your situation is far from "hypothetical". It's actually happened in parts of the world (the former U.S.S.R, China, Vietnam...all run by Athiests...Afghanistan, Iran, Iraq, etc.).
It also happened at Columbine High School a few years ago, when Satanists assassinated a girl when she replied "Yes", to the question "Are you a Christian"? So yes, Christians will indeed die for their religion.

We would say as the three Hebrew children did to the King Nebuchanezzar when the law was passed without him realizing the effect it would have on his Hebrew friends, that regardless of the law, we will not bow down to any other gods than to Jesus Christ the righteous no matter what happens to us.
I don't HAVE TO PICK anything else. I CANNOT serve another God. I will NEVER deny Christ as long as God gives me the grace to withstand the persecution that might result from doing so.
The three Hebrew boys said and I believe I would also say "My God is ABLE to deliver me, but if not (if He doesn't) I will not bow down to your image and I will not take the mark of the beast even if it means I cannot buy or sell and even if it means I will be put to death."
God's Word promises that they who live Godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution. ": And ye shall be betrayed both by parents, and brethren, and kinsfolks, and friends; and some of you shall they cause to be put to death." Luke 21:16
In Revelations it mentions the persecution of the saints in the end times and that is when the wheat and the tares will be separated for sure; " Rev 13:16 And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: 17 And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name. ...Rev 14:9 And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive [his] mark in his forehead, or in his hand, ... Rev 14:10 The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb:
11 And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name.
12 Here is the patience of the saints: here [are] they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.
13 And I heard a voice from heaven saying unto me, Write, Blessed [are] the dead which die in the Lord from henceforth: Yea, saith the Spirit, that they may rest from their labours; and their works do follow them." Holy Bible KJV {http://www.blueletterbible.org/kjv/Rev/Rev014.html}

ok, well im a bit cousrious as to the reasoning behide your question. But yuo may or may not know that that exsact thing is going on all over the world, like china, christians are perscuted and told to change to a diffrent one or be taken to jail, banned from the country, or put to death. As a christian, their is no reson on this earth i would ever turn from my lord, this world is not our home, our home is in heaven with jesus. So picking another religion would not happen as far as im concerned. I am thankful that we live in a counrty were we can make decitions like this on.

I would stay and remain as a Christian. Society in it's own way has tried to destroy Christianity throughout the ages but it only gets stronger. I have a hard time answering in a hypothetical manner to something that will always be fiction. I can be a praying Christian in my closet if I had to, but you atheists and agnostics will never be rid of us. PEACE!!!

I'm not a Christian I don't know. I don't believe in God, so that would make me an "atheist". But thats the answer to a yes no question, the reality is that I'm more a weak agnostic, meaning if there is a god it could show up and then I will believe.

I would continue to honour my Lord just as Daniel did in the OT. even though he knew it would mean imprisonment or death!
There IS no "religion" to the Christian other than Jesus!

Chrisitans will not reject Christ even to death. Mat.16:25:26 25 For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: and whosoever will lose his life for my sake shall find it.
26 For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?
