Marry someone who loves you.
And I'm being totally serious, this was something I knew when I was a small child, then forgot in the confusing process of growing up, then suddenly remembered again when I was wondering about this very thing. And what do you know, six months after I figured this out I met the man I would eventually marry.

By going out there and looking!
Look in places of your interest where you'll find someone who likes the same thing.
Place a personal ad in the paper specifying what you want.
You'll have to meet a lot of toads before you find your prince, but it will be worth it once you find him.
