do i apply to wet hair or with my hair dry 1st and THEN wash it out???

just apply to wet hair.. or towel dry it and then apply it.. easier to put in
then u can sleep with it overnight and shampoo it in the morning
or just keep it in.. i sometimes do.. doesnt bother me.. aslong as u dont put too much in
u could always just keep it in fe a half hour or so and its alrite

okay before u shampoo hair make the cocunut oil warm heat it up when its warm apply the oil to ur scalp and hair. u can use a cotton ball to apply it to ur scalp. u then message ur whole head for 15 min. use ur fingertips to message it and the balls of ur fingers u can leave the oil in for hrs or overnight(sleep wit a plastic cap) u then wash it out with a herbal shampoo

wash hair with moisturising shampoo, then towel dry,put oil in contaner hot water for about 2-3 min, massage into scalp an hair,cover with warm moist towel or processing cap for to 3-5 min rinse with warm water
