Let nature take it's course but keep an eye on them to make sure they are nursing and are keeping warm. If you notice that one if not getting enough milk, move the other pups away until the one gets it's fill. You might have to do this a few times until the pup is healthy again. Puppies are so fun, my golden had 11 a few years ago.

Good Luck!!

As long as she is feeding them, then leave them alone for the moment.
Get her and pups checked by a vet within the first week to ensure all in good health eg no cleft palates.
feed her puppy food as its higher in calories and will help her hold her body weight while feeding the pups.
Talk to your vet about her worming regime and when to start the pups (4 weeks)
Keep an eye on her mamory glands to ensure she doen't get mastitis or milk fever - speak to vet

Leave them alone for the most part unless she rejects them or there is another problem. Make sure you give your dog puppy chow, it will help her to produce enough milk and to keep herself healthy, and make sure she has fresh water at all times. Other than that it's up to her, she probably knows exactly what to do.

Just be sure they are nursing and mama has plenty of milk to give. Also watch for hypothermia... be sure they stay warm. Not really anything else necessary until 4-6 weeks old.

Yeah, there's loads of "special" stuff you need to do. Like watch them to make sure they don't get hurt, that they are feeding, and that they are safe. Like take them in for check-ups and get their shots going. Like make sure that there are no breathing problems and that everyone's systems are up & running. Like make sure they don't get stuck someplace. Like make sure mom is taking care of them.

Why did you let your dog have puppies if you don't know even the first thing about it? Why didn't you get in touch with a responsible breeder *before* the whelping so that you were prepared?

Please, get the mom fixed as soon as she is healthy enough again. And require spay & neuter contract on ALL your dogs.

You should take mum and puppies to the vet with 48 hours of the birth. it is more important for the mum to be checked to make sure she has passed all of her placentas. plus it is good to have pups checked for health and to make sure there are no cleft paletes.

I bet they are beautiful

The mother should take care of them. Just make sure you give them a warm blanket so they don't get cold.

dog's naturally know how to care for their liter's. leave her alone, unless you notice that a pup is getting rooted out and not feeding as well as the others, then make sure that pup gets on a good tit and eats as well as the other's.
god bless you.

give mom puppy food and extra calories. she'll need the exras to produce sufficient milk and still nourish herself. i'd wait for a bit then have a vet check mom and babies. congrats
