If you want it to be a special moment and romantic (and that don't cost a lot) You can make a nice dish at home for you and her. With candles and have the room smell like roses. To make a little bit more special for her you can buy her jewelry, a teddy bear, box of candy, or a Valentines day card (you don't have to buy her all of that, I was just giving you an idea of what you can get her) but if you have been with her for a while you can buy her a nice necklace, roses and a Valentines day card or if not you can buy her a nice teddy with a rose and a card. If you don't have enough money for jewelry then you can just but her the teddy, roses, and a card. After you give her the gifts after dinner then you should have running bath water with candles around the bathtub and invite her in (but don't forget to have a bottle of wine near the bathtub with two wine classes).
Good Luck!!!

You live in Canada? Look for some natural hot springs, that you can actually soak in. I've been to a few but can't remember where they are located. You can do some winter camping. Hot chocolate, sledding, cross-country skiing, and than at night take a bottle of wine, or what ever and go sit in the tubs under the stars. Its very romantic.

build her an igloo in a woods somewhere. light candles, have fuzzy blankets and have a plate of chocolates and champagne set up. Korbel is great for the money, about $13.00 a bottle (light the candles before you bring her there) Very little money spent, time and effort yes.

I guarantee she'll love it.

The igloo won't melt for all of you pessimists out there.

Make her breakfast in bed ,make her heart shaped pancakes .
give her a beautiful card for her to cherish later ,Give her the traditional box of candy and take her out for supper .Later run a bubble bath lite candles around the front of the tub and call her in .
Hope this helps .

u shouldn't be worrying bout' how much money it cost, sometimes u have to think about others. Take her on a vacay, or just buy her a gift and take her out 2 eat.
