Anybody can go to Israel and apply for the permits to live there as a resident and/or citizen. The concept of aliyah (automatic full citizenship upon arrival) is restricted to Jews only. However, there are numerous believers of many other religions besides Judaism in Israel. At this time, I'm not sure what the citizenship requirements are for non-Jews but I've linked the official government site to this post and that should be able to give you good information on the subject.

Israel is a secular democracy though most of it's political parties have a religious underpinning. It's government guarantees freedom of religion to all citizens, the right practice one's religion freely, and equal representation for all.

Aliyah is a process unique for Jews, and under the current laws any Jew, barring any sort of outstanding difficulties, can automatically receive full citizenship (the supreme court has the right to waive that right for certain individuals, such as mobsters fleeing justice). Non-Jews can also get citizenship by applying for it, like in other countries. Receiving citizenship as a non-Jew is not automatic.

First of all most of you are answering this question and are simply wrong.

Only Jews can make Aliya i.e. become a citizen upon arrival
with all rights. All others can come as tourists or apply for
residency or as students, clergy people etc. I can give you the site in Hebrew, have not found it in English.

Only jews can be citizens
not only that, but some jews with diffrent ideas from the regime might not get that, they might be treated as second degree citizens.
that is for jews, now what do you think of other religions.
at the end of the day it's a racesist regime.

Anybody can live in Israel if you apply for the proper permits, but why you would want to risk your life daily with all the bombings and terror attacks, it remains a mystery. As far as making out with Aliyah, she is pretty hot but I think she makes out with whoever she wants when not recording new songs, you don't get to tell her who to make out with.
