You could seek out any trainer it does not have to be Ceasar Milan. It would be better if you took your dogs to obedience classes this way you will learn to correct your dogs and your dogs can learn to deal with distractions and still obey you.

You really don't need Cesar Milan (he's overrated, anyway...) Stop and take a deep breath - relax! If you do a little research, you can find out how to have a better situation for you and your dogs.
It sounds like you've rewarded your dogs for barking by letting them out (of their what, crates? Or do you keep them in a room during the day?) You and your SO need to wait for silence before you let them out. This may be very hard to do if they are together in a group. One dog barking encourages the others to bark, IME. Reward them like crazy when they are being quiet. If they are barking, they don't ever, ever get rewarded, period.
Remember that a dog will see even negative attention ("No! Quiet!!! Shush!!!") as better than no attention at all. This is where you must be patient. Control the consequences of their actions and ignore them when they bark, or escort them back to their crates. When they are silent, they get food, treats, toys, attention.
You may want to Google "NILIF" (Nothing In Life Is Free) to see how you can change the rules around your house without being harsh to your dogs. Be sure that everyone in the house is consistent about this new lifestyle.

Dogs are always thought of as disposable.
You are the problem for not providing proper training and exercise. The dogs sound like they need an activity or an outlet for exercise.
Picture 3 kids with nothing to do all day while you are gone...they go nuts with unspent energy.
When you exercise dogs they become more stable and everyone is happy.

Unless your story would make a good segment on his TV show, there's no way you could convince him to show up at your home. Even then, it would probably cost a fortune -- he's famous now.

Here's an example of what happens when folks bring home a puppy and don't lay down the ground rules on what's acceptable and unacceptable behaviors in their pets - and they don't take the time to train.

Certain breeds are known for this thpye of behavior. Schnauzers, Min Pins, and several terrier breeds come to mind. You might want to look into the training aids like bark collars to help your situation. Most any large cities have trainers that will do private lessons that are geared for your dogs, situation, and problem.

I'm sorry but the reason the dogs are out of control is bad training. You need to re-train them and you need to be consistent.
Try the above website, you can purchase a book which will explain what you need to do.
Basically you have to treat them like a pack, and you have to be the alpha leader.

Im not too sure which channel he's on...I thought it was the Discovery channel. If thats the case go to the channels website, and there should be an option to go to that shows site. If you can get that far there should be an option on sending your info in to see if you qualify.

Good luck!
