my husband is planning a trip with his mom and 20 family members, he took 52 photos of fabric from wholesale houses in los angles so he can mail them to everyone to choose just one fabric to have us all matching clothes for vacation,, he could have emailed but no, and i think it's crazy i don't want to dress in the same clothes as everyone else every day,, i think he should be tested,, 1/2 his family is nuts and i don't think we need to look like the brady bunch.. he wants me to find someone to sew all the clothes, my daughters are 25 23 19 they think it's super goofy to i just want to cry why can't he just stop being crazy,,, he has been planning every breath we take for the event in june since november
i can't stand it every moment of the day he is planning , he works in a office and stays late making copys of crazy stuff for this trip...
what the f we travel all the time with a days notice and it's fun...he is sucking out my brain.. no fun just crazy

he sounds a lot looney.
why don't you and your daughters "all of a sudden" come down with something contagious, right before the trip.
then after he is gone, go on your own little outing ( preferably in clothes that don't all match)

um...ok. what is the meaning of all he is doing? I just dont get it. My hubby would never put that much effort in to clothes and stuff. Is ur hubby kinda gay? not to be mean. All my gay friends are into fashion. what does he do when u all object his ideas and efforts? I agree this is weird. How does the rest of the family feel about all this, extended fam? Are his ideas and fashions like totally off the wall? I just dont understand what gave him that idea to do all this in the first place. im just clueless and dont know what to say.

The 1/2 of his family that are not nuts, now know clearly what half he belongs to.
If any one in my family suggested we play dress up like this they would get a blasting, with many four letter words

I say you have two choices...don't go or go along. Sounds like he is really into this trip...it is his family...but sometimes we have to do what is best for us. Looks like you have been married for a long time...me too...at this point I go and do with him what I want to do and the things I don't, I just don't go. He can go or he can not go...I leave that up to him. I am much happier that way...and there are no problems created by me having to do something that makes me miserable. Good Luck
