Is this really dangerous? Is it going to hurt by digestive system? Im just a big worrier, and keep thinking its going to do something damaging. I guess I should stay by the toilet.lol. But does it give you astomach ache?

Laxatives can cause some cramping. Stay by the toilet, you should be okay after 24 hours and find a new friend.

If it wa an overdose, call a doc. If not, you'll be uncomfortable for a while but should be OK in 24 hours.
Do you have anything that belongs to your friend, like a handbag, that you could take into the toilet with you?

I would have to say that this person is not a very good friend. Messing with pills like that is not funny in any way.
You should be okay though, as long as it was just a regular dose. But you really need to have a talk with this "friend."

Unless your friend put more than 3- you don't really have to worry about it. You will need to stay close to the bathroom, but you should be fine. If you start to feel anything weird call your doctor.
