One raptor that can and will kill any of these guys is the great horned owl. They are known to pick on pretty much any raptor smaller than a snowy owl, which includes all the species you mentioned. As for the "sparrow hawk", Kestrel, any large predatory bird which can catch it will do so, this includes redtails,coopers, peregrines, any of the medium/large owls etc.

They are the among the top of the bird food chain.

No other bird kills and eats the Goshawk or Red-tailed -- they are quite large. Owls go for the nestlings.

The American Kestrel (sparrow hawk) are only as big as a robin, I've seen Cooper's Hawk go after them, but have never witnessed a kill.

Eagle to hawk attacks are rare.
Ravens and Crows and even smaller birds will harass any hawk on a regular basis.

Most hawks are protected by federal law.Other than man, they are at the top of their food chain. Most predatory birds tend to zero in on one type of prey like rodents, other small birds and such. Good luck on your search.
