Yes. Millimeters is a unit of length and cubic centimeters is a unit of volume.

HOWEVER, one cubic centimeter (cc) is equal to one milliliter, which is what I think you meant?

millimeters are for measuring length. CCs (cubic centimeters) are for measuring volume like engine size. you may have heard of motorcycles with an "800cc engine", it has 800 cubic centimeters of displacement.

yes, there is.
millimeter is a derived unit of distance, cc is an abreviation of cubic centimeter, which is a derived unit of volume.
unless of course you mean milliliter, in that case they are both the same.

Millimeters is used to measure distance. Cubic Centimeters (CC's) is used to measure volumne. They are both SI units (that is, metric).

ABSOLUTELY NOT! They are totally the same. The only difference is which one you prefer to mention. If you talk using mm you'll sound like engineer and if you talk using cc's sound like doctor. Which one do you prefer to use?
