my husband and i are moving to arizona because he has copd. the humidity is so much lower than the st. louis area. can he get a tax break for moving because of his health.

Nope.

If you get a new job and stay there for at least 9 months after you move, you may deduct moving expenses (cost of moving your things and yourselves).
