i agree with you 100% there is no sure fire way of solving the immagration problem that exist inthe world . i beleive that all immigrants who seek a better life should start by taking some of there hard earned currency and sending it home to help there country men . do not send the boat fare send them building materials and clothing so that they can better there themselve at home . if you bring your sick and depressed to other coutries how will these countries survive . in my small country we have a seriuos problems with hatians they are now posing a seroius threat to are way of life we now have to play adds on the radio in creole and they are a burden on the health system they put nothing in but take so much out how long can we survive i dont no . i am prepared to move to hatia and let them take my island.

Gotta tell you this "Ms Minuet Lady". It is not the kids fault. As a parent how would you feel if your kid came up missing. It would scare the hell out of me or any parent with half a brain. It is not something that the Government uses as a tool to enforce Immigration law for the obvious reason. I don't disagree with your cause however the attitude with which you present it is vile.
If you're going to spew hate then you should at least educate yourself about the facts, but you're probably to busy running up and down the border playing vigilante Border Patrol to pay attention to what is really going on.
Raids and warrants are two completely different things. Raids are an action that is the result of proved creditable information and intelligence that has come from several different sources .
Warrants are documents issued by a Judge that calls for the arrest of an individual or the search of a specified property. Warrants are issued after Law Enforcement Officers or Agencies have shown a Judge that there is" probable cause" to believe a law has been broken. Probable cause is information that would lead a reasonable person to believe that a law may have been broken.
Before you go out playing Border Patrol you should study up on the rules of law with reguard to immigration. You should also study up on the laws of arrest, search and seizure. If you don't you may be the one being arrested for false arrest. Maybe that's why the Government hires educated people as Border Patrol Agents and then sends them through a comprehensive training program that last a year before they are put on the line to enforce laws.

Poster above: YOU need to read more carefully.
Officers from Immigration and Customs Enforcement, or ICE, falsely identified themselves as police, refused to show identification proving their agency affiliation and prevented detainees from taking prescription medication with them,
ACCORDING TO a draft of a complaint by THE LEAGUE OF UNITED LATIN AMERICAN CITIZENS.
IE that's what the people complaining said and that does not make it so. What, you expect them to tell the Truth??? Give me a break.
Every time US law enforcement tries to do it's job someone is there to cry wolf. Poor babies. Don't you just love this
"There was a lot of fear, a lot of anxiety," Montez said. "A lot of kids there were traumatized."
Gee is that the new favorite word, traumatized?
Ship them all out and deport that Montez guy as a traitor.

Because they are criminals who don't want to get caught, just like other criminals who are out loose in society.
I love how mexicans use their kids for shields everytime. They just know the bleeding heart liberals will support them if they include the kids in the mix.
The illegals kids shouldnt be going to the schools in the first place!
Want to keep them safe? Keep them (with you) in mexico.

They are upset because they are expecting to get their way in any endeavor. That is starting to change. If they are REALLY upset they should go back and fix their own countries problems.
If you think they are upset now, just hide and watch. The winds of change have begun to blow and before they stop there are going to be some very disappointed criminals and treasonous individuals in this country.

Warrant is for someone, raid is for the building & all that is in it. They work hand in hand. ---What do they expect? They are breaking the law and pissing alot of people off. They just don't want to get caught and deported.

They got busted! Not playing the system the legal way! They broke the law, and can no longer get away with it. Such as buying stolen or copied legal Americans paperwork.

You need to read the article more carefully:
"A wave of immigration raids in Concord, Pacheco and west Contra Costa County has prompted a local Latino advocacy group to file a complaint.
Officers from Immigration and Customs Enforcement, or ICE, falsely identified themselves as police, refused to show identification proving their agency affiliation and prevented detainees from taking prescription medication with them..."
Look, I am the first to say that all illegal immigrants need to be deported... post haste. However, it is inexcusable that a federal agent misidentify himself, refuse to show identification, or prevent anyone from taking medication. This is the USA, not communist China.
Taking quotes out of context, and misstating facts does not help your argument.

I don't get the whole mindset that somehow it isn't 'fair' to deport people who are here illegally.
I'm pissed at our government because they should have been enforcing all along so it wouldn't get to this point.
