This sounds rough, trying to do healthy things for yourself while you body is rejecting your efforts...

Two courses of action:

If you have insurance, head to an allergist. It may take a while to discover everything you are sensitive to, but eventually they will give you a comprehensive list of foods to avoid.

If you don't have coverage, begin a food journal. This is a taxing route, but very economical. When you begin, be sure to write down everything you consume. Simplify your diet! By eating only one or two things at a meal, you will have a sure idea of the item causing your reaction. Eventually, you will know what is safe and what is not for you.

Yes, it is possible to develop allergies. Talk to your doctor about an antihistamine.
You may also want to invest in a daily multi-vitamin. This will help ease your lack of the vitamins that you are not getting through the fruit.

Keep a journal and find out what fruits and vegetables cause this reaction. Better still, see an allergist about this and find out what you're allergic to. And avoid it afterwards.

Good luck!

Sounds like you have an allergy. Have you noticed which fruits and vegetables? I would take a multivitamin and speak with an allergist.

Try different fruits and vegetables that do not give that reaction. Try a different one every 3 or so days, so that you can tell if it is that one or a different one that is causing it. Do NOT try more than one new one at a time.
