Let me guess what your question is? There is this girl that likes you but, she also tells the guys, that she is available and what to do to get her interested in her? Or, she is telling a guy what you can do to get her attention? My guess is the latter, why is she using another guy to tell you how to go about getting close to her, if you were interested in her, my guess is that you would have shown her in some way that you liked her and wanted to get close to her.

ok, if you want here, you need to be romantic to get her. do something that will surprise her, like getting down on one knee and asking her " do you like me as much as Ilike you?" or take her somewhere realy romantic and tell her how you feel.
