there is a guy that i am intrested in. he is everything i would ever want in a guy.. we have talked non stop for a while now. i think i may even love him. hes not my boyfriend. last night we hung out with some friends and we came back to my apartment.(we are both 24 years old) and talked and cuddled. and it was 6 am before we knew it. and i asked him to come lay with me in my bed. i thought we would go to sleep and i would take him home the next moring we laid there it was soo nice..(before this we have not kissed) threw out the night he kept telling me "you dont want me" i would ask him why and he wouldnt tell me.. until the kissing got a little intense and he just stopped and said you dont want me... and i said why dont i want you. and i waited for an answer.. and he said after a long time Genital Herpes. i asked questions how he got it who from what happend he told me. i like him a lot. and i'm clean i was just checked i dont know what to do i want to stay with him but scared.

you really need to think this one through and figure out if you really love him. look at him for who he is, not what he has. spend more time with him and figure out if you can see yourself with him and figure out if you really love him. if it turns out that you do love him then take it from there. it's normal to be scared of that kind of thing but he obviously feels a connection with you two enough to tell you his situation. good luck!

Don't have sex with him. If you want to keep seeing him have him go to a Dr. and get a check up and antibiotics. or what ever it takes
to cure him . I don't know what else to suggest .other than just be friends.
