I suppose it's possible but I would not think it to be likely.
Generally speaking, pin worm eggs are found in dirt.
Children and adult nail biters are most likely to get pin worms.
Anyone who digs in the dirt and then puts their fingers in their mouths can ingest pin worm eggs which incubate in the body.
Now here comes the gross part. . . .
After pin worms mature and hatch they will crawl out the anus and lay eggs. It is this crawling out of the anus that causes an itch or a tickle that everyone scratches at and if that person does not wash their hands and they get their hands to their mouths then the cycle continues.
Hand washing prevents alot more than the average person even realizes.
There is medication for this situation and only your Family Dr can prescribe the correct medicine. . . there are not any over the counter medicines for this that I am aware of.

I'm black. My dog is dead. When he was alive I'd let him lick my face if he'd been in the house for a while. Not right after he got in the truck from the dog park. He lived in the house and was cleaner than most humans on the planet. I put those Listerine breath strips in his mouth and he didn't like it but I had the oppose-able thumbs so I made the rules. He couldn't lick his own ____ 'cause he didn't have any. Dogs (like children) are a reflection of their owners (or parents). He was never allowed in the bed or on the couch or in the front seat of the truck. he had his own ottoman bed and the back seat was his. My dog was clean, smart, well behaved and dangerous when angered.

No, not unless the human licked the dog, and it was the other end. The only way to contract worms form a dog is to ingest faeces infected with eggs.

Most definitely. People should NEVER let dogs lick their faces. It makes me see red when I see people letting dogs lick their children's faces.
Dogs lick their bottoms to clean them. Worms lay their eggs in anuses. Enough said? So whether accidental or not, you may have picked up a little worm egg or two.
I used to de-worm my children every six months as a matter of course using over the counter worm treatment.
