Who would do this protecting, the Government. You really want to live in a place where the Government tells you what you can and cannot teach your children? Remember friend the chains we use to bind others can and will be used on us. Who will be the ones to choose this right philosophy to be taught to every ones kids? What if the ones choosing have different ideas than yours? Are you stating that you are the one who knows the only way that peoples children should be taught. Say we elect people who will teach what the majority wants taught, what happens down the road when new facts come into play and new ideas become the fad.
All I am saying is think.

I don't see what your statement has to do with Nazi's or Christians.
It is wrong to teach your child to strap a bomb to your chest and see how many other people you can blow up along with you.
It is wrong to teach your child to reach for the bag of chips before reaching for any kind of fruit or veggie.
It is wrong to teach your child to hate others for no reason, and never teach them to forgive and accept.
I don't see anything wrong in teaching or not teaching to love god and read the bible. There are many other things which are worse. Harmful beliefs are not bible and god.
Harmful beliefs are the ones that leave the child obese, unhealthy or dead. Unfortunately, there is not much that can be done because those children are often never reported to social services until it is too late.

are you force to love your parents?, yes if they deserve your love you are?, is that not enough?, Hitler did what he though, was the right thing to do?, perhaps he though that Jew's where guilty to his perception and way to see the true?, about Jesus death?, what do you think, because if you ask me?, I think so too., although I know perfectly well I my self, can't assumed that I'm the elected to tell the Jew's such a thing, specially in the way Hitler will tell then?, and I agree whit you, in this case we are talking about children's and we should be concern because children's are every parents future including my ow. Though who are we to Judge, what is right and what is wrong in whatever any want to teach?, that is way we need first to elevate our self's, to a better level of understanding, so if we don't know the answers, we can ask and ponder upon our own answers, until pain, before we can even begin to assume that some else was of has been wrong, only God knows everything and he will understand when one of his sheep's are searching and looking for answers, and not just taking the forest answer or the easy answer and make this our religion?, freedom isn't just to open our mouth any time something hurt, but, carefully when our mouth don't get us in trouble? believing in God has never been Harmful as you said, he know it all, and he see it all, and he is just. think.

If what your parents are teaching you does not actually harm you (lets assume that god does NOT, exist, then what harm comes from assuming that he does?), then I assume that there is no point in telling parents what they can and cannot teach to their children. After all, once you become an adult, you will decide for yourself what you do and do not believe irregardless of what your parents taught you anyway.

The burden of proof is on you. You have to make the case that a parent's beliefs are harming the child.

im sure if its ever right to say 'you cant raise your kids this way'
yeah, if the parents were nazis it would be a good thing to not raise little nazi kids.
its a conundrum. stopping parents is kinda like mind control. i guess the only solution would be to have the parents not be racisit so as to not screw up their kids.
but does telling kids 'follow the teachings this man(jesus, not hitler) and be nice to each other' screw them up?

hahahaha the atheist of Russia and China believed in what they were doing as they killing people. the Nazi agenda is very much the liberal agenda of today. get rid of Christian teaching, abortion , euthanasia, using unwilling humans as medical experiments. all groups believe in what they are doing.
