How do I get this guy to leave me alone?

I met this guy on the bus yesterday, and have tried to get rid of his interest ever since. We have absolutely nothing in common, and we talked about a wide range of topics. Secondly, and this is the biggie, his breath smells like smoke and his teeth are completely yellow, my dad smoked for 20 years and quit 3 years ago, I am utterly repulsed by smokers. Third, he kicked my seat over and over until finally talking to me, he is just irritating in general.

I tried to sound like the most boring person today, and yet he continues to be interested in me, and I don't see why.

I have no other form of transportation and he follows me where ever I sit. Oh, and this is high school, I'm 15.

Any advice? =[

Oh, and I just said "yeah" over and over today, after I found we had little to nothing in common.

is this a school bus? if so, tell the driver. if this is a common bus, you could yell out STOP - or some other rape related theme. get people to look over in his direction.

you can also tell the bus driver - though he might not want to get involved - he can order the guy to get off the bus.

but i would yell out real loud "STOP HARRASING ME!!!!" something like that - and i think that not only would he stop, but take a different bus as well.

also tell your parents - hopefully he's not a staulker. if you have a big friend you can go with, the buddy system is a good thing for this.

Tell the bus driver. And sit someplace else.

tell him, and if he doesn't listen just get his contact information and call the police. It is a federal crime to stalk people, in any state and every corporation in the US.

Tell him you are going to file harrassment with the cops if he continues to bother you.
