So can all those who support illegals, still say that they are 'needed', 'law abidin', 'hard working', 'honest', and all that? Can we still afford to have so many coming across without being legal? 240,000 criminals also means that there are 240,000 or more victims of their crimes.

So breaking the law is NOT a criminal offense? Crossing the border illegally is a FELONY! Get it....A FELONY! Saying that an 'illegal alien is NOT a criminal is absurd. Now, add to that a sex crime. How can someone say that it's ok?

Just because you don't like, or agree with the law does NOT give you the right to break it. Especiall someone who isn't a citizen.

And pointint to Americans who have commited a crime is not a valid argument. Pointing out one bad behavior, doesn't justify or excuse another.

Crazy, isn't it.. That liberals or illegal lovers are CLAIMING they're "make a difference."

This is sickening. Just think about how many of the illegals residing here have killed or injured our citizens, police officers, military, border patrol.. And who gets the shaft for defending this country? WE do.

WOW WOW Hold on!!!
there is a big difference between criminals like;
murders,drug dealers,thiefs and workers people

I rejection to compare all those come in our country
by "yes" breaking the law cause the cross the border illegal
but it does not mean are all criminals
at least not the same criminal level of murders or drug dealer

many Mexicans are very good people
and what they looking for is just a changes
yes maybe is the wrong way to do that
but remember be legal it will take long time
and a lot patience that because our immigration system
are to slow or to lazy and this people maybe they have patience
but for sure they don't have the time to wait 1 or more years
in order to receive the LEGAL right to enter in USA.

Of course A better Immigration system will helpful
to track "REAL" criminals in the time they enter in our country
BUT WE DON"T HAVE A GOOD IMMIGRATION SYSTEM
that is the reason why today we deal with this problemS!!!

beside is not a secret we have a big problem to track our sex offenders
so your question is not make any sense!!!

Sickening isnt it,and now the gov. of Calif. says he wants to give government assistance to all those employees that have lost jobs because the citrus fruit was frozen. Now Dems have been saying we need a worker program because there are so many jobs Americans wont do,why dont they just get another one of those jobs? Instead of getting a free ride? I guess because the truth is thats all any of the illegals really want is a free ride,I mean gosh wouldnt it be nice to have all your bills payed, while you rally up and down another countries street burning their flag and saying you are going to take over their country. It would be nice if Dems could see that their greed for slaves in this country is killing our economy and the tax payers are the ones suffering. http://www.immigrationcounters.com/

That is a very emotive thing to say. "sex offender" could mean anything including, and I suggest this is the bulk of them, using a prostitute. Many sex crimes are victimless.

In different parts of the USA there are many sex offences which are legal in the civilised world including homosexual activities and prostitution. The age of consent for some activities is as high as 18 in many parts of the USA when it is 16 or lower elsewhere. It is easy to brand people who beak these laws as "sex offenders" but they would not be considered such in Canada, Europe or Australia for instance.

If solid American citizens did not employ illegal immigrants, the flow into the USA would stop or slow to a trickle. But as long as they are a source of very cheap labour, Americans will continue to employ them.

Crossing the border Unauthorized is not a Felony or Misdeanor. It is Violation--you are detained, deported or have court hearing. There is no jail time. Get your facts straight!!!

One more reason to spend a few $BILLION protecting our borders. Unlike most government spending, it would prove to be taxpayer money well spent.

FOR EVERY ONE OF ILLEGAL ALIENS CONVICTED SEX OFFENDERS IN THE U.S. THERE MUST BE AT LEAST THREE TIMES THE AMOUNT OF AMERICANS CONVICTED OF THE SAME. THERE ARE FAR MORE AMERICANS THAN ILLEGALS. AND PLEASE DO NOT TELL ME THAT THERE ARE NO AMERICAN SEX OFFENDERS.
