is the woman a stranger or a friend? To watch me kiss a friend, I'd probably say $20 (for each of us). For a stranger, more like $50 would do it.

do you like kissing other women, that should be the first thing you need to know, then if you do, find out how much hes offering and is that worth it to you? if so then its just a kiss and we all do it in public sometimes , so why not? its just another spectator
