thats from low blood sugar... try sipping orange juice before you work out to get your blood sugar up, and eat something immediately after working out, like a piece of fruit or a granola bar.

Yes, it is usually from dehydration - try drinking plenty of water before working out and also after.

Could be a lot of things.....deheydration, any meds or pills you may be taking.....I get it once in a while.
