Is there any laws that prohibit a personal business in Michigan from having a BYOB promotion?

Yes!, only if they do not have a liquor license, be it Banquent Halls, VFW's, or Post's, BYOB is legal here in Michigan but you have to have a liquor license at your establishment in order to operate the BYOB or you will receive a $5,000 fine! Hey Party over here!

It is no different than having one at your house. Check with your local township/city to see if they have anything against it. Some don't allow such things on commercial property.
But you need to be aware that the business will be held responsible for any injuries or arrests that occur.
Also, if you are leasing space, check your contract.

Yes...you may wear your mankini if you would like. I believe the guyliner and manscara go good together along with a stylin mankini. love honey
