I have the greatest job, I work with young people 16-19 who did not get the best GCSE's when they left school, but now are looking for employment. The programme is called E2E (Entry to Employment). We allow them to learn in a relaxed atmosphere and learn at their own pace. They also learn life skills, how to create CV's, spec letters, cover letters, and how to impress in interviews. Many have work placements in local businesses to help them adjust to new people and working for a boss. The programme is great - I think it is all over the country, but definitely in Lincolnshire and that area.
