What country are you talking about getting citizenship in? The benefits of being a citizen is different from country to country...
Generally if you are a citizen you have the same rights as everyone else, you get to vote+++

I think that no one will give you citizenship, if they will learn that you are a MURDER. Anyway, no citizenship will give you a right to kill anybody. Capito?
