see a doctor it might be a faty tumor , But have it checked only the doctor can tell you.

Yes, i would reccommend seeing a doctor. It is possible it could be a tumor, cyst, fatty deposit, etc. Sometimes tumors are non-painful. As the old saying goes, it is better to be safe than sorry.

If it's soft and moveable, very likely a fatty tumor and no treatment needed unless it pushes something out of the way and causes a problem.

It's probably a cyst or a wen.Harmless,but have it checked out just in case.

better go to a doctor and pray that its benign cuz its most likely a tumor.
