Wear your undies. Clean and decent pair if you please!!! I wear my panties when I get massaged. You might get some wood when they work on your lower back. Just from the pressure. Don't worry about it, they have seen it before. Just don't be inappropriate about it. Pretend it is not there and it will soon go away.

Yes, you are nude or with underpants (that's permitted), but, during the Massage the Therapist covers you and only exposes the area being massaged.
Don't worry about a bonk, massage is hard work and if done right, using pressure points, you will be fine and on cloud 9.

If you go to a reputable place...you will have a "meeting" before the massage where you cover everything from what parts you want worked on, how hard you want to be massaged, whether it is your first time or not, AND they will give you instructions on what to wear.
You usually leave your undies on and they leave the room and you slip under the sheet and they just move the sheet around to accomodate where they are massaging.
A breeze and you will become addicted to massages after this!!

You should be allowed to take off as little or as much as you like. Most guys leave their underpants on. If you get a "bonk", just ignore it. Any good therapist will not mention it. It's just a natural physiological response, even if you are not feeling horny. Any good therapist will treat you with respect in this situation. If not, get up and leave, and don't pay.

Depends on what type of massage. I have had experience of deep tissue massage and found it to be amazing. Keep your pants on and realise that you will benefit form the experience. ground rule will be laid down and the chances of a bonk on as you put it will be minimal.

You get a bonk on, they know where to make things hurt, and it go away. :)
I have had massages from two professionals. First, no problem keeping my pants on. I was bum up, laid out. I was then covered with a towel.
No problem with arousal. Both masseuses were females in their 60's. Looked like somone's gran.

my friend works in a gym and she tells lots of story's of guys getting turned on while having a massage probs the same for girls only it don't show don't worry it will be okay and you'll go back for more
