that speaker in the back of your brothers car is called a subwoofer. Subwoofers are made specifically for creating bass. if you want more bass then you want to buy a subwoofer. But you will need to buy an amplifier also to power your subwoofer so it would be best for you to go to a car audio specialty shop so they can wire everything for you. also you should look into some after marker speakers for the inside of your car. putting some 6x9 speakers in your rear dash will make your bass sound better too, but it doesnt compare to a subwoofer.

subwoofers, amplifiers, and a better stereo. to get the treble to sound better along with the better bass, you are going to want to buy a couple of better normal speakers and some tweeters (about 3-6") to help with the highs.

go to a genuine car audio store, not like best buy or some mass place. they won't know squat about car audio.

hope this helps.

i understand the vehicle stereo gods will frown on me for retaining this, yet perfect purchase and shops like it, grant subs, bins and amps all waiting to bypass put in into one effective neat little equipment. all you should do is administered rca chords, 12v ability from the battery, floor to chassis and a 12v turn on (blue twine) out of your sony head unit. this may properly be the most inexpensive, simplest deploy to get insta bass. in case you want to bypass all out although with something more suitable custom, hit up a vehicle audio keep and ask the adult adult males interior the lower back for some assistance and recommendations.

I suggest Audiobahn or Kicker products. You need an power wire normally you use a 8, 6, or 4 gauge wire. Then you need a ground wire and a remote wire. Then you need an amplifier and then either 1 or 2 subs.

Memphis audio or Kicker audio is the way to go. Just depends on how much bass your looking for.

you could get a 400 watt amp and a 12 inch sub and it will sound good, it won't beat the car apart, but it will still sound good
