This is the card format:
For:
Time and date:
Place:
R.S.V.P
and then way at the bottom in big letters it says COME CELEBRATE
So should I write in the "For" section For: The engagment of (couples name)?

Just say Come and party with (insert both of your names here) to celebrate our engagement! Then you should have the date and the time, and directions to where your having the engagement party.

There is a WONDERFUL book that helps you decide all these confusing things that I suggest you check into. It is called "How to Say It". It is wonderful. There is a website that is called how to say it...it has nothing to do with this book. I would say that anyone could use a copy of this book at home. I hope this helps!
