Well if you define the eating a humanitarian does as the intake of disenfranchised humans with the intent of making their lives better, then theoretically loads. Yet the population of humanitarians is slowly declining and cynicism coupled with selfishness is slowly rising and so the number of humanitarians to bring down (or I guess help) one human would need to be much greater, due to the cynicism of the human. Therefore the number of humans actually being eaten is far fewer than ideal. :)
