I have left over fried rice, and I wanted to recycle it. What should I do?

wrap it in lettuce leaves, tortilla, or rice wrapper. Eat as a wrap. yumm Also, if you mash some canned beans or mashed potato into it, you can fry up some rice cakes in a skillet.

Heat it up, add some soy sauce and eat it as is. I love day old fried rice - I think it tastes better after the flavors sit.

You could scramble up some eggs in oil and maybe put whatever meat you'd like with it and some veggies you have around then reheat the rice w/it. One big caserole dish.

Add whatever meat you want to it (and maybe some veggies). If reheating in the microwave, add a little water to the rice and cover loosely.

Bring to simmer in water or prepared vegetable stock. . .and voila! instant soup. Alternatively, add to scrambled eggs and fill a warmed tortilla for a quick meal.

Eat it as is.

Mix some meat or veggies in it.

Put it in stew.

Give it to the dog.

Take it to work and put it in the break room.
