I am unable to find it in my system, so I feel like I got ripped off being good enough to pay instead of taking the free version. What gives?

Idid the same and no different and when i emailed them they said quote. i was paying for a type of customer service !!!!
which is bull****
moral try to do things legal get bit in the ***!!!!
