Yes you can.
Will it get rid of your.... uhm.... fleas? Maybe.
Is it the best thing for your hair? HECK NO.
If you do have fleas, I suggest you go see a doctor, and (s)he'll tell you what to use, and be much more reliable than just about anyone you'll find on here.

Seriously I would think it would not be safe to use due the chemicals used in the dog shampoo, are designed for dog course thick fur and kill any fleas. The chemical could easily cause some problems such as an itchy dry scalp or allergic reaction.

why would you want to do that. do you have fleas in your hair? whats wrong with you that you don't already know the answer for that?

Sure. Nt sure if it will rid you of your fleas, or if it will actually clean your hair. But, yeah, it is possible for you to put it in your hair.
