If you have regular periods then the chances are that you will be able to get pregnant but DONT just have sex for the sake of seeing if you do actually concieve. If when your older and want a child then even if you cant fall pregnant naturally there are alot of fertility treatments available but at 17yrs old thats not something you need to worry about just now.

go to a fertility specialist. they will test the man and woman. the couple must know the fertile time of month, which is after the period, approximately 14 days after the period. the man must be tested for sperm count and viability. the woman must be tested for hormone levels and evaluation of tubal and uterine patency and normality, which involves blood tests and sometimes scans or surgery. in the sequence, the man is usually tested first because this is less invasive. usually a doctor will not initiate any testing until the doctor has seen that the couple has been trying for a certain amount of time, which is usually six months to a year.

also, if you are concerned about your parents finding out, then go to planned parenthood. in most states it is your legal right to get confidential information from a doctor regarding your reproductive health. but, be careful, some tests may be billed to your insurance so if you use your parents insurance, or spouses insurance and you don't want them to know, they could find out through the bill that you had these tests.

Myself and most of my friends all agree that its something we worried about at a young age. Unless you have been in a long term relationship and have been trying for a couple of years then your doctor wont refer you for tests just yet. There isnt really any other way of finding out unless you want to buy very expensive tests on the internet.(that in my opinion wouldnt put my mind at rest anyway) Are you worrying for some other reason? Perhaps you have had an infection or something and you are worried about scarring, or maybe it runs in your family? i think if this is the case your doctor will be sympathetic so go along and discuss your worries with him/her. Fertility is such an important thing for a woman especially if children are something you really want but i wouldnt try and get pregnant just to put your mind at rest. If there is no reason other than curiosity then its unlikely you wont be able to have a baby, You are still young so try and put these worries to the back of your mind for now and just enjoy yourself.

I do not think you can check for that information. I think if you have a sneaking suspicion that you may have fathered a child you may want to check with the alleged mother, ask her and go from there.

If you are a girl- well you should already know it if you do...
If you are inquiring to see if you are fertile enough- a simple test from your doctor should suffice- a fertility doctor would be better however....
