where is a good place to buy specific herbal teas, ie: bayberry, etc.

An Asian grocery store, a health food store, Whole Foods Market, or World Market are all great places to find good pure herbal tea.

any place that is like a health food store is good. if you live by me (which is a little town 20 min away from Kingston, NY) go to Gigi's Market. Go to walmart and target.....go to the health food section...find the herbals.....its usually there.

You may want to try an herb store or a health food store. I have always been able to get my specialty teas at my local herb store.
